An exciting new era for Warringah Triathlon Club! Last season was a landmark year for WTC with so many new events and a record 527 members joining the team. Naturally, we want to continue this momentum and give members new ways to engage with the club over the coming seasons. This growth has placed the club in a healthy position where we can now contract a person on a part-time basis to assist with daily tasks of running a club of this size. This person will be starting next week, allowing the committee and other volunteers to spend more time developing new ways to build on last years success. This initiative is a first for any triathlon club in Australia and follows similar models used by many surf and sporting clubs on the Northern Beaches. We look forward to providing more value for our members over the coming years as we lead the way for this growing sport.
