An honorable mention goes to Momoh Konte, a successful businessman who lives in the United States but hails from Sierra Leone. But this isnt a story about Kontes effective business exploits. Instead, this is a story of a man, who upon learning about Ebolas emergence back in March, decided to single-handedly keep his district of Koinadugu Ebola-free -- making it the only district in Sierra Leone to not have Ebola. Face2Face Africa reports: So in June, he traveled to Koinadugu -- which is the largest district of Sierra Leones 14 districts and has a reported population of 265,000 residents -- with large drums of chlorine, face masks, thousands of rubber gloves, and a plan.
