An important matter that we must discuss. When we first created the team, we arranged at least one training session a week before the start of the season and during the season, at those training sessions everyone in the team would need to attend. At training only once or twice we had enough people playing that made it a productive Training session. As we stand, we only have one week until the first grading game and today only four people can train and at such a crucial time, I start to think that commitment is becoming an issue and if people are not committed to the team then how can we possibly succeed at this league. Most training session a maximum of 7 people usually turn up for training, this isnt good enough. I can tell that perhaps I must be strict on this matter. If people do not show theyre committed to the team and people continue not to show up then there shall be consequences because it is rather pathetic now, weve come too far now, we must stand as a team and cannot give up now. We play as a team, train as a team and come the league we will win and lose as a team. If you want to play and train, you must show up to training and show your commitment, but if people persist to not to show then people shall be dropped from starting games or from the team itself. We dont have the time or patience to deal with those who show less than 100% every week. If you just dont want to be in the team anymore then let me know before the first grading game, I hope I dont receive any messages.
