An inaugural mixed format series will be played between Washington Tigers and Smart Choice Houston at the Moosa Stadium in Houston from February 28 to March 1, 2015. The series will consist of one 50 overs game and two T20s and the series winner will be decided based on whoever wins 2 out of 3 scheduled games. The purpose of this series is to promote and showcase our local talent, and identify the next crop of players that can compete at the national level. The success of this inaugural series may lead to many other competitive tournaments and the development of elite cricketing facilities. We would like to thank Sakhi Muhammad for offering his full support towards this initiative and are confident that it will help grow the sport in the Houston and Washington, D.C. area. We also want our Washington Tigers fans to pray for our success during the 2015 calendar year. We are grateful for your fantastic support.
