Ill consider my race my workout of the week for my legs.... Spartan Super DONE! finished in 2 hours and 45 minutes which isnt bad considering it was 8 miles... prolly 60% hills.. and god, some of those hills not fun man... not fun... I mean fun, but like 70 degree angle 50-70ft long and all mud no foot holds, but overall BEAST and definitely doing another Spartan Race just next time... knee guards and toe shoes... because my legs are cut up and I almost lost my shoes three or four times (they were quadruple knotted though and didnt fall off haha)
