An inmate just called me from the God awful Franklin County jail with MS who can barely make it to the phone. I need to know once and for all if a lie detector test is amicable in court if both parties agree? My uncle on the court of appeals says they are amicable if all parties agree and Joshua Lint and me just heard this man pleading for our help and he is severely crippled and his public defender will not help him at all. He is facing life and is begging for lie detector test and has only seen this guy for a half hour at most and the PD says if he were to give him a test it would go to the prosecution and this man wants it to but the PD still said no the lase thing this guy said was Miss Wickes please I need your help I dont want to go to prison for the rest of my life for something I did not do... I have two ways to help him... One on the medical side of things and then I need to help him get that detector test. He says that his lawyer does not believe him and he is sacred to death as how cab someone defend him who thinks he is guilty?
