An inspiring video from the 70s. If you are of my vintage, youll remember the excitement created by the touring company who put on the show in village halls all over the Highlands and Islands. Those were the days when Brian Wilson was also creating waves in the North with his wonderfully radical and adventurous new weekly newspaper - the hugely influential West Highland Free Press. How I loved that paper then! What a pity that the uncompromising firebrand of those days has turned into such a unionist lapdog now; of course, he is at least consistent in that he opposed Scottish devolution in 1979 and again in 1997. But what a power he could have been in the cause of a fair and independent Scotland!
