An interesting decision taken by Starlite Festival press department to give priority to press coming from Madrid, Barcelona and other areas of Spain FAR AWAY from Marbella. I assume the organisers prefer to have their name lauded in areas that wont be generating tickets sales rather than have Malaga based reporters/photographers, who have been writing and promoting Starlite since its inception (mostly without a fee), cover the Pet Shop Boys concert. An offer of allowing a photographer (me) to take shots of a couple of songs before being escorted out of the theatre has been declined, how is anyone supposed to report on a concert under those conditions?
