wrote this many years ago when I frist had sciatica bad,now it all comes back to me,love some blues act to record this WISTED(SCATICA BLUES). im all twisted,dont know what to do im all twisted,black and blue done my back,my veins are all blue legs are knotted up,scaticas got me blue can hardly bend over,or walk to well its a living hell,being twisted my arms are all twisted up my neck is stiff,scaticas got me blue my muscles are all tightening up and twisting inside me,killing me im so twisted up dont know what to do pain killing me,scaticas got me blue bridge; my whole body feels like its twisted up in knots. i dont know when its gonna stop. it feels like a knifes,stuck in my back pains to much to take,cant get outta bed im all twisted up,even in my head dont know what to do,scaticas got me blue legs wanna give way,just wanna fall nerves are burnin" up with pain im twisted up in knots once again ive got the scatica blues again.
