An interesting subject that I have only been reading on for one day but interests me so much as it is so close to our hearts, adding my thanks for creating the space for us to share our views in the subject. So on societal Jurisprudence and societal growth/development I think could be a way for; The cultural, historical and moral underpinnings of a particular legal concept or form of governance leading to a shift in responsibility in undeveloped societies from injure based unfair reactive planning of revenge; to liability based plan first with a belief in equality. Based on the well-known concept that says the configuration of common law in undeveloped societies puts liability for injuries in the subjective thinking of revenge, where in more developed societies liability is based on objective notions of reasonableness or fairness. I think the pragmatist Knowledge of literature, economics, religion, and the social sciences are the four areas that drive social growth/development. Which brings us to the need for the coherent study of each field where knowledge sharing will support the development of policy’s that confirm the importance of evidence based advancements and a better reaction to the features of the four compared disciplines leading to a more developed introductory common law/ method of governance that paves the way for social responsibility leading to deeper ‘social jurisprudence’ that allows greater societal growth. Once more thank you so much and forgive me for any mistakes as I am just a student seeking knowledge.
