An investigation into abuse of powers and possibly fraud but not - TopicsExpress

An investigation into abuse of powers and possibly fraud but not limited to other charges and or violations would be quite simple in the matter of holding probationers to supervised probation longer than ordered by the court. Take it case by case. Conditions of court order for supervised will specify certain terms and conditions. For example DUI and or DUI Withheld Judgement are generally 18 months, 9 months supervised, 9 months unsupervised with possible classes evaluations etc. If a defendant has complied with all other conditions of probation then he/she after completing the 9 months supervised should be released to unsupervised unless otherwise ordered by the court. In most cases whereas supervised probation is used as a method of collection of debts owed to courts the order will stare supervised until costs are paid them released to unsupervised. Not verbatim. Simply locate all of these particular cases including the one listed toward the top, contact the courts to see when costs are paid in full, then compare that date with the date the defendant was released to unsupervised. Any amounts paid for supervised probation and or the required drug testing that extended beyond the date of the court order in all cases should be refunded to the probationers including compounded interest unless terms and conditions were otherwise ordered by the courts. I bet that will be a nice fat chunk of change. And who will ultimately be held responsible for these illegal unconstitutional acts? You guessed it, the director of misdemeanor probation Amber Prewitt. And no prosecutor Scott B. Lindstrom, Im not stalking, Im simply stating facts as in thats all Ive ever done. Some theory mostly facts. Its called public over site over government, guess they never taught you that in law school did they?
