An invisible line drawn across land to designate a border is - TopicsExpress

An invisible line drawn across land to designate a border is absolutely meaningless. Anyone who thinks a border holds precedence, lacks nobility. I commend the people of Scotland for voting NO, and we remain united. No more pointless squabbles over a spit of land. Those of you who supported the move for independence are frauds and charlatans, who lend even more strength to the powers that you criticise so vehemently. What the hell is independence? No country in the modern world can exist totally independently. We all depend on one another for various reasons, and thats the way it should be. Co-operation is what got us where we are. I am a believer in the one-world state. Only once the entire world unites under a single government, can we realise that borders and boundaries are merely superficial constructs, and that they should be done away with, along with government. Thats perhaps not gonna happen in my lifetime, but at least little glimmers of hope rear their head from above the parapet now and again. People coming together (or remaining together) are reminders to me that one day in the distant future, it is most likely going to happen.
