An island may be surrounded by the beauty of the ocean but the island is doomed when she realizes she is forced to stare and idolize the beauty of the ocean water -fully aware she is destined to die of dehydration while watching her edges crumble into unrecognizable grains onto a floor made of all the same.... At that time she has an opportunity to put her doom in perspective with definition. She can fall silent and allow the tides to steal from the sands of her beaches and succumb into the unidentifiable masses which grace the ocean floor Or She can pull from the oxygen created in the reefs which encompass her inevitable grave and shoot forth life in foliage which she sustains and devotes to protecting. And in turn the nature she fights to create can provide a barrier to the elements which intend to destroy her. And that is her choice. Every time that is the islands choice- and that is why we place our chairs at the break of the tide where the water crashes to the edge---To celebrate the grace in which the island fights to remain composed while surrounded by a sea composed solely on that which she could not save. do what you can with what you have and you make it great and thats it, thats all- thats life. Thats all there is to do. Everything is ALWAYS epic, always frustrating, always RIGHT HERE AND NOW. We may lose some battles along the way but what beauty do You grow from the battles you endure? The result of that beauty-in-wisdom is what provides the shade to those in need. Fight hard, often and with a purpose rooted in efficacy. Dont give up Due To your surroundings and circumstance, embrace them head on, with appreciation for how those circumstances have the opportunity to strengthen you to genuine thankfulness. Something will always be going on and youll be going through it. So what? Why not embrace it, recognize it, and chose to be strengthened? Dont give up your edges so easily..... Make them your most coveted spot......
