An update from Bill Reilly, FAs Cross Country coach, It was a gorgeous day at Wickham Park in Manchester, CT yesterday. Patrick Carty placed 96th out of 270 runners from New England with a time of 17:12. There is nothing like this in high school sports where so many schools and athletes gather in a festive spirit, yet engage in a ferocious struggle of competition against each other, which culminates in congratulations and reminiscing among the athletes on one glorious day!
