An update on my father, he appears to have based on lab reports, Diabetes. He has an apt on Tuesday with his dr, to confirm this and be given the little gizmo that will check blood sugar by pricking his finger. The symptoms hes been having, loss of appetite, lethargy, weight loss, etc are all symptomatic, although as they are also age related symptoms, they are often not identified in older people. We will know more after his visit to the dr what kind of treatment is recommended in his case, although sadly, I suspect most of his favourite foods have just become taboo. Appreciate comtinued thoughts and prayers for him, Mom, and our family as this situation continues to unfold.
