An update on my lawsuit against the government, a conference call with my attorney revealed, DHS has filed two appeals, the first trying to say my case should have been filed through DOD. That one failed as I work for Homeland Security, the second appeal, DHS has filed basically saying all of the investigators, witnesses, lawyers, admin judges were incompetent and they should have formed different facts other than the facts that came from the interviews, the investigation, and the final findings of the administrative judge.
