Ana ibn Makka wa mina, Ana ibn Zam zam wa Safa, Ana ibn Ali(as) o Fatimah(as)! Ya Zainul Eba! One day Imam Zainul Abedee(as) stepped out and started wandering in the market of Damascus. Minhal bin Umro approached him and asked,How did you spend your night, O son of the Prophet of Allah? Imam(as) replied, Our night was similas to the night of the Bani Israil, from among the people of Firaun, the heads of whose sons were severed and ladies captivated. O Minhal! The glory of the Arabs upon others was due to the fact that Muhammad(saws) was an Arab. And we, the family of Muhammad(saws) have fallen, been routed this night, detested, killed and dispelled. Thus verily we are Allahs and verily unto Him shall we return, upon this night of ours O Minhal. Nafasul Mahmoom, vol 2!
