#NY Guardians of Rescue+Suffolk County SPCA need to know who brutality killed this dog on Cedar Beach?! Warning: Graphic pictures Guardians were contacted about a dog that washed ashore at Cedar Beach in Mount Sinai, NY. He has tattoo in his right ear(looks like:G419) and he appears to to be a dobie or hound mix. His body is severely decomposed. Guardians of Rescue contacted Suffolk County SPCA to investigate this matter. This poor dog belonged to someone, somewhere. He has a story to tell and we need to find out. Please share.
