Anambra Decides: Governor Aregbesola, El rufai Moves In To Counter Rigging REPORT BY #ELOMBAH The Anambra State election may not be free and fair as Elombah has uncovered plots by various parties to rig the election, which we gathered has prompted the governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbosola to enter the state last night in a move sources close to him is not unconnected with stopping any act of rigging. The technology savvy governor we gathered was locked up in a hotel owned by Senator Chris Ngige where they strategized plans on how to effectively monitor the election with hidden and spy cameras. According to our sources, the alleged 203 electoral observers, Justice and Equality Organisation who were arrested by the Imo State Police command in Disney Hotels are from Osun State, contracted by Aregbosola to help in the election monitoring. Former FCT Minister, Nasir el rufai also arrived Awka last night. El rufai told elombah he is in Awka for the Anambra Governorship election. “We pray for clean, credible elections in which the best man Dr. Chris Ngige will win”, he said. The high powered source revealed that the same people were the one that gave Governor Aregbosola victory, by tendering concrete documents that showed rigging by the Peoples Democratic Party, using their hidden equipment to capture all the happenings in all polling booth. This action the one of the source told Elombah made the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) parties to raise alarm about their coming. It will be recalled that it was Aregbosola who exposed the way the members of the Nigeria Governors Forum voted, by recording all that happened. Our reporters who are in Anambra State to monitor the election reports that security was highly beefed up in all the state, with 22 hours curfew placed. 5 AIGs, 5 AIGs and 10 Commissioner of Police were deployed to the town to forestall breakdown of law and order. The security in town our reporter stated has made residents in the state scared of coming out enmasse to votes. Most of the residents who we spoke to noted that they do not want to be molested by the soldiers, while others stated that they will come out to vote for the candidate of their choice. The PDP has already foreseen a chaotic election as they directed the security agents to arrest Chris Ngige should any of such happen. A highly placed source in APC also told Elombah that the PDP and APGA are in an unholy alliance to make sure that APC comes third in the election; but he noted that his part has put all measure in place to see that APC is not rigged out. Nnokwa, Awka Etiti and the capital, Awka are places already fingered to be rigging zones As at the time of filing in this report, no accreditation has been carried out in places visited by our reporters, contradicting the claim of INEC that accreditation will begin by 8am and ends by 10am. Meanwhile, Elombah and Transform Nigeria Citizens Initiative (TNCI) Operatives has uncovered evidence that the Anambra election will be rigged by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. There has been massive printing of voter’s cards today in Awka. One of our operatives personally was at two business centres where such cards were being printed by the PDP. The proprietor of one of the centres revealed that he was contracted by the PDP to print voter’s cards and generate names and passports photographs for them, for which he would be paid heavily. Our sources which remains anonymous say one of the places this nefarious activity is being carried out are two business centres around the ground floor of Liberty Centre at Zik Avenue, Awka, just before Ukwu Orji junction. The other business centre is also around there. Multiple sources confirm that that the PDP members involved in this activity are lodged AT Liber Centre (Hotel) and that such printed materials have been seen elsewhere too. “I there believe that it is a widespread activity among the PDP members in the state”, one of the sources said. #Osundefender
