And.... We looked in the sky for anything that looked like a quench to the thirst we had. That was November. We saw the month go without a drop or any signs. We still held on to our faith. It will rain this month...we hopefully said. Christmas came and went. No rains. We started losing hope. We started asking the Creator if He had forgotten us. Prayers,prayers,prayers. December 31st, it came and slept on the roof. Happy ppo. Happiness? No. Violence. food,shelter,life,toilets get washed to the river. Homelesness,hunger,death brought by what we prayed for. Lord we come to you for another favour. Hear our cry,Lord.
