And another big huge traffic jam while exiting the Fair after a rainstorm and concert. Sound familiar? We were caught in one for 2 1/2 hours a few years back...the LAST time I parked at the fair. My solution: when fairgoers enter to park and pay their $5 or $10 or whatever it is, there are hundreds of young attendants scurrying around directing traffic. When you leave a few hours later, there is no one to assist except maybe a couple of rookie troopers. Why not keep some of those workers around to help folks exit? We all know we are unable to merge into an orderly line to exit efficiently...we need to cut into lines, blow horns, flip the digit, we NEED that help!
