Lois Lerner is a conservative Republican who was appointed to her position during the Bush administration... Might be why the Obama Whitehouse can only find three e-mails directly from her to the Whitehouse / executive branch. As a matter of fact, former IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman is self identified as a conservative Republican, As was the manager of the Cincinnati Office where everything took place... Issas committee has not been able to cite or call a single partisan Democrat that was actually involved....
