And for those who may have been toying with the idea of getting into the coffee business, it is with great sadness that I must announce my retirement from the coffee roasting business, the reason being that I cant really do Café Eureka justice due to financial reasons. I gave it my best shot, made some mistakes along the way, have learned a lot from them, and I know for a fact that its the best coffee roasting business on the East Coast, but as I said, I just cant support it anymore. So if there is any interest from any of you or anyone you know, Im willing to sell at a reasonable price to someone who has a passion for excellent coffee and is willing to learn from scratch. Included in the package is a 2 kilo electrical roaster, about $25,000 (cost) of green beans, full training, a functional website, contacts in the coffee world, and my knowledge.
