Oil pipelines are far safer than oil tankers, LNG, railcars, etc. Wall St isnt involved in this one so you are sadly misinformed. If you dont want oil or oil infrastructure, then I assume you will walk and use wood to warm your house? (which leaves a bigger carbon footprint).
