And here is a perfect example where an experienced gaming commission would have been useful the three card tournaments and monies generated from class ll gaming the table games manager didnt know the NIGC and our own minimum internal control standards which regulates our gaming so they misunderstood the class ll gaming regulations instead of those monies going back to our band for economical purposes the managers (table games gaming manager and the casino manager) all misunderstood the wording so they had big promotions and big giveaways with the bands money look at how much was given back to the players and those totals should have went directly into our bands programs including but unlikely per capita payment or our other programs such as our chemical dependency program or any other program that could have use those monies whats more is our inexperienced gaming commission let it happen either cause they them selves didnt understand the mics or they where unaware of what was happening right under there nose either way we need to separate our gaming commission from our tribal council and we could implement a training program for all gaming commissioners and casino managers
