“And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea...” (1 Kings 18: 44). That is the Focal Scripture of Streams Of Joy Devotional today. In our Focal Scripture, Elijah’s servant went out a seventh time to look for signs of rain, and he saw the clouds gathering. This same servant had checked six times with no results, but at the seventh time, there was a result. Elijah’s prayers got no response for six times, but at the seventh time, there was a response from heaven. According to Hebrew numerology, the number ‘seven’ stands for perfection. So God chose a perfect time to respond to Elijah’s prayers and give an uncommon result in Israel; God chose a perfect time to perfect His word; it may not have happened exactly when Elijah wanted it, but it happened at God’s perfect time. Friend, at Gods perfect time, you will receive divine visitation. At Gods time, you shall have uncommon results, your prayers will be answered, your miracles, favours, breakthroughs, blessings, etc will show up. At Gods perfect time, your new job, clients, next level, testimonies, increase, etc will come to you. God will grant your heart’s desires and make you smile. Your desires may not come when you want them, but at God’s appointed time, they will manifest. God will bring your results and manifest His favours and mercies upon you at His own perfect time; if God is involved, He will do things for you when the timing will be perfect in His own eyes. Are there people who have mocked you because your time has not come yet? Tell them to get ready; God will show up at a perfect time. Ecclesiastes 3 vs.11 puts it this way: “He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.” Pray With Me: Lord, fulfill my expectations at Your perfect time, in Jesus name!
