And lastly, Mothers Day from my sweet Lydia. She got me flowers, which is usually her choice and fits her. She made me 3 elaborate cards and a bookmark that declared me manageable, which youve already seen, that also required her to look up words. She is the only one that stuck to her guns and didnt cave in to a store-bought card, although Im sure Abby tried to convince her. The main card she made me...you opened it, then lifted the flap inside, where there was a paper box and you had to remove the lid to find a tiny folded up paper that said I love you. Keep in mind the entire thing was made of paper and tape. Her card from school declared me fun....fun parties, funny, fun crafts. There are so many days where I dont feel fun at all , so knowing that fun is being etched in her memory is a relief and makes me very happy.
