“And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Galatians 6:9 (KJV) The word “weary” means weak or to lose heart. It’s when we know what we must do to continue in the fight of faith, but we lack the strength and energy to go on. How does God rescue us from this place in our lives? He reminds us that “in due season we shall reap, if we faint not”. Due season is God’s set and appointed time for our lives when we receive His reward. It’s the set time when God unleashes on you total manifestation of His will for your life as a reward for your perseverance and faithfulness. It’s not just a reward to be received when you get to heaven, there are great rewards to be received right here on earth. When it’s due, there’s nothing anyone can do to stop it. It’s a great door of favor and blessings that God opens that no one can shut. If you have been faithful, you can trust and believe that your due season is drawing near. Wait in high anticipation for it. Let your weakness turn into strength and let your sorrow turn into great joy. Dance and shout the victory because you know the God you serve is a good God and what He has in store for you is good! From all of the prayers you have been praying and all of the seed you have sown and continue to sow, you are about to reap big! So stop with all of the weak talk and get ready for your due season because your God is about to reward you plenty!
