And now for the rest of the dinner - first course (primi) a delicious pumpkin ravioli (thought of you, Monica!), followed by the secondi of a veal scallopini with a vinegar reduction. So very tender and beyond delicious!! Dessert was vanilla ice cream with vinegar drops. Yep. Ice cream and vinegar. Tasted very much like a cream cheese-y ice cream. Their balsamics range from a true vinegar flavor to very thick and sweet. Local and regional foods are so much fun! Its a good thing we split everything - I waddled back to our hotel as it was!! lol
