And... on top of a long crappy day, im tired as hell and give the kids a hug and kiss goodnight, go downstairs into the basement and step directly into 3 inches of water on the floor. My culligan water softener has sprung a leak and there isnt a single valve on the water line to shut it off...... nice. Whoever engineered the plumbing in this house is a moron.... so, now i sit and wait for our property management company to get ahold of a plumber to get out here... after i was on hold for 20 minutes.... glad their emergency number has nothing to do with life and limb.... id have bled out already....
