And so my journey begins...what does it mean to reach for stars, what is nirvana? I am a constant evolution of life, I am strength but I wouldnt know my strength if I never experienced feeling weak, I would not know my courage if I didnt have to face the darkest challenges, I would not know life had not I created and given birth, I would not know love had I not experienced hate and so from the time my stars gathered in the sky the day I was conceived out of pure love, I knew my journey was one to share with the world, to be an example, to be strength for many to push through with all my will, all my might all in all from what god and the universe gave to me. With the help and support from amazing people around me, I continue to strive. And so one year ago when I decided to practice yoga I had no idea how this practice would change my body, mind and most of all spirit! It was six months into my practice that I decided I wanted to share it with the world, I wanted everyone to feel what I felt and from that day forward I knew one day I wanted to add Bikram yoga teacher/yogi to my already vast resume! So today I depart to Los Angeles for a 9 week intensive training to become just that...a teacher!! Namasté
