And so today begins another journey with yet ANOTHER group of Yoga Teacher Trainers. Im just making the last minute preps for Day 1 and its so interesting how each program brings new ideas, changes to curriculum, etc. Each new course also brings a whole different bunch of eager participants wanting to learn more about this practice and as one lovely soul said in our last program so simple but I think why we all want to know more... Why yoga makes me feel so good. Ill do my best to get some pictures up today of our new crew ;)
