...And tell those people at your website that I am THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS. I am not a public relations officer. I passed that stage many years ago. I listened. And promised to carry the correction to the appropriate person. But from my candid opinion, this person may not qualify for a public relations assistant in a serious company with a well-established PR outfit. But in the public sector, it is not about competence. It is about positions. And everyone else must bow.
