And this right here is why we volunteer, why we put in more hours for hockey in September than we do for our jobs and family, why we end up missing our own kids tryouts because we are in another rink for everyone elses kids, because once upon a time every player was once a lil guy who felt like they were just like Gretzky or Crosby the first time they could skate end to end, the first time they scored a goal, the first time they heard their parents cheer from the stands, the first time they put on a jersey and were part of a team. This right here is where it all begins, its about the love of the game, the lil milestones and the toothless grins behind the cage! This is why we do what we do and when we feel like we want to quit its those beginning moments that remind us why we love the game of hockey so much. Thank you Cashy for putting some sunshine back into my week! Love you monkey and all your passion and joy that you get from being on the ice❤
