My work is very relational, intuitive and out-of-the box, and I am interested in working with interns who are excited about relational work and crafting an approach that is authentic to who they are. Interns I would be interested in working with will have the following criteria: A strong recognition of the vital role their own personal therapy plays in their ability to effectively help others, and a dedication to staying on top of that work. Interest and preferably experience in relational work. Healthy boundaries. Willingness to push themselves and take risks. A strong track record for holding a healthy caseload, and preferably around 10 or more clients to carry over into private practice. A desire to grow their practice and willingness to market themselves. Willingness to ask for help and guidance when in need, and an ability to accept honest feedback."
