What a brilliant day, though my legs dont agree with that at the mo. Lots of big up hills in hot sunshine - thank you Sarah Green and Mark Evans, wouldnt have been half as much fun without you. Dave Davies you showed great guts to power on, a super result well deserved. Marks face was a picture when his named was called - a real magic moment. Great support team too, Simon Walker, Tim Hughes, Kevin Sumner, Karen Bunning and others. And Hector! Oh, and Sarah, when you get to my age youll be winning medals too. Less competition! :-)
