Andrea Nettel, a good friend of mine and fellow counsellor at Hope House, is trying to raise funds for her son Alex who suffers from Congenital Muscular Dystrophy and is confined to a wheelchair. She is a single mother of two teenage boys, and needs to purchase a vehicle that can fit Alex and his wheelchair. Currently she is driving a small VW Golf which is very old and unreliable. Alex recently received the donation of a motorized wheelchair but unfortunately it cannot fit into her car. Andrea and her team are raising founds by attempting to complete the SATORI Camel Run 2014 while pushing Alex in his wheelchair. Please open the attached flyer for more details.
