Apply to this now! networks.a16z/gend/mentee/ Generation Design (Gen.D) is a mentorship program for college design students to be able to connect with designers from the leading tech startups within the a16z portfolio. Students will be able to ask mentors about their journey to become a designer, what theyve learned, and overall what it is like to work as a designer in the tech field. Mentors will also be available for portfolio feedback and general advice. The program will run from mid January to May with the expectation that students and mentors connect in person or over the phone once a month. Students can start applying mid October and will be introduced to a design mentor by early January.
