Andrews Heritage Festival and the TOA 106th Anniversary celebration here we come in 2015: Addressed the mayor and the councils and set the record straight on the two major town events planning at the Regular Council Meeting tonight. The councils had previously argued and they tried hard put a damper on the Andrews Heritage Festival planning. They claimed that I needed to obtain their consent by the majority yes vote to use the towns name, Andrews. The town attorney, Mr Carter was present at the meeting and further confirmed that I or any member in the community do not need the town council members approval to use the towns name. It equally belongs to all members in the community. FYI - I am not asking the Town for a single dime of the public funds. Well manage without it independently.
