Andy Aucoin, our Loan Originator at Essential Mortgage, who sits inside the CJ Brown office on Sherwood Forest just closed a VA loan for a Veteran who went to a NATIONAL well know VA mortgage company, in fact this company is on TV all the time. Here is the actual email from Andy today… Did you know that ______ went to another lender at first and the estimate they gave him was for $9,669.45 cost to close on a VA loan! SAME rate as the other estimate that we gave him, he needs NOTHING to close…. That is amazing. He is certainly very happy to have shopped and used us for his services…. What a great example how Essential Mortgage can save your clients money at the closing table with our buyer credits. Good job Andy and good job to the Agent who referred the Veteran to Andy and saved this Veteran over $9,600.00. This is why using a LICENSED MORTGAGE BROKER is very advantagous to homebuyers today, especially on Government backed loans like FHA, VA and USDA/RD.
