Andy here (Ria’s husband) as you all know I don’t do Facebook so I borrow Ria’s page from time to time to tell you about things. In last Thursday’s Falkirk Herald they have announced that the new B & M in Falkirk which opens on the 14th of December are looking for a local hero to officially open the store and they would give them £250 to spend in store – When I told Ria of this her first words were “how amazing would it be to do that and get the £250 to spend on Christmas presents for the children and families we help at Christmas “once again thinking of others. Ria has helped a lot of people, not just by giving but listening too, she loves what she does and hides away from recognition sometimes, when people approach her and tell her how much she has done and some people have told her they are proud to be a neighbour or a friend, she’s not big headed about it, it’s just in her nature to be how she is and she always talks of wanting to do more.
