As I leave to hit the gym. I leave you with this thought. Both my parents suffered a lot with high blood pressure, heart problems and extreme back pain. At the age of 60 my dad had several strokes that left him unable to walk. He died of a massive stroke but lingered for 7 days. One of the most painful things to watch! Now mom can barely walk due to back pain and has to take tons of blood pressure medication. My personal goal is live as good a quality life I can for as long as I can for my son and grand kids. If you see my pics on fb or Instagram, you see a body, a healthy vessel, and if you feel "anything", look in the mirror, at yourself and think, why am I feeling anything over a picture? Live the best life you can for you, your future! Lift yourselves up along with others! My namaste moment!
