Andy is coming home today, what a whirlwind two weeks. He will receive home health care nurse every other day and have IV antibiotics, twice daily for 6 weeks. Once his wounds heal he can go back to work on limited duty and then at 12 weeks they will reinstall a rod in his leg so he can bear his weight. I can not tell you how great that hospital at OU Medical in Edmond has been. I attribute his leg being saved to the skill of the doctor and the great care of the hospital and nurses there but ultimately we praise God for his grace in giving the doctor his skill and watching over Andy thru these times.
