Angela Cooke has recommended Duck tape for warts and verrucas for years at her clinic and it has now been endorsed on Channel 4’s ‘Health Freaks’ programme. The doctors on the programme ran a trial and found it worked amazingly in a high percentage of cases. It advised leaving the tape on for 6 days before replacing, however, some people found it came off too often – perhaps they had sweaty feet! Anyway when it comes off wash feet thoroughly, rub surface of the wart/verrucas and apply Tea Tree aromatherapy oil and cover again with Duck tape. Angelas clients have found it can take between 4 weeks and 4 months to get rid of the thing(s) depending how long it has been there!
