The person that took the pic Jasmine Shepherd said he was reluctant to get out of his kennel which he shares with a Golden Retriever. She can only guess he is in pain or is sick. He did not have the energy you would expect from a puppy. She is concerned about him. Such a gentle boy. He was officially named Lobo on his kennel card after they took photographs.
