Animals. If you chose to be open on Thanksgiving or early on Black Friday. and advertise incredible deals, you were aware that there would be a massive amount of customers waiting to get in your doors. It is the sole responsibility of these stores to have security and manage the animals as they enter the zoo, so no one gets hurt. Hire security, have people enter one at a time, pretend you give a shit about more than your cash registers. Just disturbs me that people, both customers and businesses act this way.
