Anna Troyli SELECTION, ATTENDANCE REGULATION for WOMEN IN...ART 2014 Women in...ART Seventh edition of International, contemporary art exhibition. Women in...Art was born as a material collector for the improvement of human and social condition of people, and for the promotion of every expression form, litterature, visual art, music, poetry, sculpture, cinema, performance, where freedom of thought and word come to be basic protagonists. The aim is to transmit emotions by widespreading art, a peculiar and irreplaceable value which might enlarge and deepen our understanding of truth. The idea of Women in…Art was born just to better know the truth: the search of female expression, sensitivity, strength, sweetness, firmness, beauty, intelligence, are endowments common to both men and women; but the point of view is definitely different. Women in...Art wants to be a show room where we can see and find how the female and male worlds need one another; the respect of life is necessarily found through the comprehension of many possible truths. Participants country: Croatia, Slovenia, Netherlands, Italy, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Palestine. Sections: Painting, Photography, Video Art. To participate to painting selections: send photos of the works and curriculum; each artist can participate with four ( 4 ) works, minimum dimension 50x70, maximum 100x100; works should not be older than 2012. Photography: send a low resolution file of the photos, curriculum and a short explanation of the works. Video art: send dvd to: artoteca Vallisa via Valliva,11 70122 Bari . Material must arrive within the 28th of February 2014 at: womeninart7@gmail aps.federicoiieventi@gmail An international, scientific committee will select the artists; each artist will be given the communication of being selected. After selection the names of the scientific committee will be communicated. Artistic direction by Miguel Gomez ( art director for visual and performing arts at artoteca Vallisa And President of Federico II eventi ) The event will be held in a date between Mars and April 2014 and it will take place in two locations: Artoteca Vallisa (medieval church of XI century) and Santa Teresa dei Maschi (church of XVII century) in the ancient part of Bari.
