Anne Russo, ask and ye shall receive! I went into the garage and grabbed my teacher-example of the meeting folder. Its just your standard three-prong folder with sheet protectors inside {you can either ask for a parent donation, or find them cheaply}. The only copy that was run more than once was the monthly weather graph, which was run once per month. There are one sheets for the Todays Number that you can run when you want to take it for an assessment or participation grade. I did that a few times during the unit where calendar skills were tested. My favorite part was my ring of calendar skills questions -- because those are so often forgotten! -- and the kids answered them in their notebooks in the Task Card Question spot.
