Qualifications And Experience • University degree in Law, Social Science, Human Rights or related field. • Minimum 5 years of previous job experience in the area of Juvenile Justice, Child Protection with substantial field experience. • Knowledge of the Juveniles at Detention Centers in Yemen. • Ability to manage and supervise a team of project staff. • Ability to analyze information, evaluate options, and follow the strategic directions as guided • An in-depth understanding of national development issues in particular in relation to children • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills • Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic • Basic computer literacy – email, internet, Microsoft Word and Excel. • Commitment to Together Foundation for Development and Human Rights Code of Conduct, Child Safeguarding Policy and values. • Very honest and trustworthy person.
