Announcing New Changes For Challenge To Change, Inc. Hello Fitness Friends...... As promised, I am updating you on the new programming for 2015 starting in January. I now have some AWESOME and EXCITING new options for you if you are interested. Please simply read this post and respond to me letting me know if you would like to sign up and what option you would like to take. See below at the end of the post for options and benefits!!!!! For instance: Option One and I would like to sign up for Saturday Step and Monday/Wed/Fri Bootcamp. I hope that makes sense. Please know that in signing up for the particular class guarantees you a spot in the class. However, you do have the ability to now attend ALL of my classes with Option One. Option Two only ensures you to your single Boot Camp selection. If you would like to make payment before the first day of class, please do a paypal transaction to Molly@mollymschreiber OR you can do direct withdrawal from your account to mine. I will give details on how to do that in the future. Please let me advise you that both deals are an AWESOME deal with GREAT benefits! However, with Option One you are able to do MANY classes a week for a very LOW cost! However, you are free to make your own choices my friends! I look forward to hearing from you soon! Dates: Tuesdays/Thursdays, January 6th – February 26th • 5:15-6am or 6-6:45am Cost: $130 / Fountain Park NEW!!! STENGTH, STEP AND CARDIO BOOTCAMP with Molly Schreiber This total body conditioning class will blast fat, torch calories, and build strength. Dates: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, January 5th – February 25th • 9:00 – 9:45 am Cost: $175 / Fountain Park 4 WEEK KIDS YOGA with Molly Schreiber Kids yoga is the perfect program for any youngster of school age (6 years and up). This program will offer children the ability to learn breath, poses, and peace within the practice of yoga. Giving your child this experience is the greatest gift you could give them. FREE parent yoga class across the hall at this time! Dates: Fridays, January 9, 16, 23, 30 • 4:30–5:30pm Cost: $40 / Fountain Park / $12.00 Drop In if it does not fill up. 4 WEEK TODDLER YOGA with Molly Schreiber This fun, engaging toddler yoga class combines kid-friendly yoga poses with stories, songs, and dancing. Children learn the basics of yoga, and practice good listening and teamwork through this playful class. Perfect for ages 2-6. Parents are invited to attend if they desire. Dates: Saturdays, Jan. 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, and Feb. 7th • 8:00am – 8:45am Cost: $50 / Fountain Park NEW Circuit Style Sunday with Krissy Mueller A great mix of cardio and strength moves to help tone the body and get your heart rate up! Each week will be a different mix of moves and it can be modified to all levels! Come join me for Sunday fun day with a great way to end the week. Dates: Sundays, January 4, 11, 18, 25 and Feb. 1st and 7th • 10:30am – 11:30am Cost: $50 / Fountain Park Saturday Kids Funness Retreat with Molly Schreiber Calling all kids ages 6 through 13! Come and join us for our FUN FITNESS, YOGA, and CRAFT Saturday retreat. Have your child learn the basics of yoga, participate in FUN fitness games and use their creative brain with fun crafts. Dates: Saturday, January 17th 10:00-12:30PM - HEALTHY LUNCH IS PROVIDED Cost: $30 / Fountain Park / BEST DEAL: Option One - Registrants have the option of paying $65.00/per person a month for ALL classes taught by Molly Schreiber, Challenge To Change, Inc. This can be done through automatic with drawl from your bank account. Option Two – Registrants can sign up for a particular Boot camp/Class and attend only the specific class signed up for. This can be paid through the website, cash or check or through Paypal transfer.
